• Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on customer service workflows for manufactured products, including setup, warranty, and repairs.
  • Refine processes for handling product defects, claims, returns, and technical inquiries.
  • Provide expertise in escalation management, compliance, and support communications.
  • Guide the use of CRM and service management tools in manufacturing support.
  • Contribute to product troubleshooting guides and documentation for AI testing.
• Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in customer support for hardware/electronics manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of support scenarios: defects, warranty, troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CRM, warranty/service management platforms.
  • Proven analytical and communication skills, especially in complex cases.
• Opportunity Details:
