• Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on and refine internal business operations workflows, including IT support, expense management, and HR case handling.
  • Review and improve processes for ticket resolution, employee inquiries, and policy compliance.
  • Provide expertise on escalation management, secure data handling, and internal communication standards.
  • Guide the use of enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, Concur, Jira, and HR case management platforms.
  • Support the development of process documentation and scenario-based materials for AI testing.
• Ideal Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in internal business operations (IT, HR, finance, or related fields).
  • Expertise in IT troubleshooting, expense processing, and HR case resolution.
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, especially with escalated or sensitive cases.
