Data Analyst V | $90–125/hr | Remote (California)

Join a high-impact enterprise team as a senior-level Data Analyst, responsible for coordinating, securing, and optimizing complex database systems. This is a structured, full-time W-2 role through Cincinnatus, placing you directly within a leading technology client's internal team.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve the testing of programs and databases to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Evaluate existing databases and database management systems; direct programmers and analysts to implement necessary changes.
• Coordinate database development efforts and define project scope and limitations.
• Assess project requests to estimate time and cost requirements for database user needs.
• Approve, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new systems and improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
• Develop standards and guidelines governing software acquisition and use to safeguard sensitive information.
• Provide mentorship and constructive performance feedback to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent technical training required.
• Strong knowledge of database management software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and lead teams.
