Data Research Consultant for Startup Founders | $5,000/hr | Worldwide Remote

We're seeking experienced Founders and Early Operators from mid-sized startups (20–150 employees) for a short-term research engagement focused on documenting and reviewing data systems architecture.

The Mission

Help us analyze and document the data systems you've built or managed at high-growth startups. We're interested in understanding:

• Core BI Layers: Dashboards, metrics, cohorts, and funnels
• Operational Reporting: 30+ key queries across Product, Operations, and Finance
• Stakeholder Logic: Data flow from schema to decision-maker

Who We're Looking For

• CEOs, Founders, or Ex-Founders only – this is a strict requirement
• Experience building or managing non-trivial internal systems in high-growth environments
• Prior startup experience at companies with 20–150 employees
• Domain agnostic – we value architectural complexity over industry-specific knowledge
• Available for a short-term, clearly scoped research project

Engagement Structure

• Scope: Retrospective documentation and technical review of previously built systems
• Privacy: This is a private research effort with full technical specifications and additional compensation details shared after initial screening
• Duration: Short-term, focused engagement
