What You'll Do

• Design, execute, and interpret experiments on model behavior, economic dynamics, and system-level interactions alongside AI research teams
• Apply rigorous econometric techniques, causal inference frameworks, and advanced statistical modeling to enhance analytical accuracy
• Evaluate AI model outputs for coherence, calibration, causal consistency, and alignment with empirical reasoning—providing expert feedback on errors, biases, and methodological gaps
• Design and review experimentation frameworks, analytic pipelines, and quantitative challenge problems that transform complex data into actionable insights
• Participate in synchronous collaboration sessions (4-hour windows, 2–3 times weekly) to review experiments, debate methodologies, and align human-machine reasoning

What You Bring

• Advanced degree or extensive professional experience in Econometrics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
• Proven track record conducting high-quality empirical analysis, experimentation, causal inference, or system-level modeling in industry or academia
• Strong competency in econometric methods, experiment design, causal reasoning, statistical modeling, and quantitative interpretation
• Proficiency with analytical and statistical software (Python, R, SQL, JAX/NumPy, or related toolchains)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical reasoning and collaborative mindset
• Availability for 20–30 hours per week, including required synchronous collaboration periods
