Dataset Enablement Manager | Contractor | 8-Week Engagement | Worldwide Remote

Turing is seeking a Dataset Enablement Manager to bridge the gap between complex scientific data pipelines and commercial go-to-market teams. This is a high-impact contractor role focused on packaging technical datasets, enabling client-facing teams, and driving sell-through of Turing's off-the-shelf (OTS) dataset portfolio to leading global AI labs.

Turing is one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies, partnering with top AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in reasoning, coding, STEM, multimodality, and more — while building real-world AI systems for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain real-time visibility across active dataset pipelines spanning frontier science, math, and scientific software engineering teams.
  • Technical Collateral: Assemble production-grade sample packs, schema definitions, benchmark comparisons, and documentation that clearly showcase dataset quality.
  • Commercial Enablement: Lead training sessions and deep-dives for sales, account, and solutions teams — communicating value propositions, methodology, and LLM use cases.
  • Monetization & Reporting: Track multi-client utilization metrics, identify under-monetized assets, and drive performance reporting to maximize commercial sell-through.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the primary technical interface between dataset development teams and commercial/go-to-market leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in technical enablement, pre-sales engineering, technical product marketing, or applied research consulting.
  • Strong conceptual foundation in scientific benchmarks, algorithmic problem-solving, and LLM evaluation and reasoning mechanics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; proven track record working with US-based research scientists, engineering leads, and commercial executives.
  • Hands-on experience structuring technical documentation, schema specs, and performance dashboards for technical audiences.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus.

Engagement Details

  • Type: Contractor
  • Duration: 8 weeks
  • Hours: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST.

Evaluation Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form.
  • Final candidates will be contacted with next steps and onboarding details.
