• Assess client financial health: Analyze balances, repayment history, income, and spending patterns to understand each client's situation.
• Develop tailored debt management plans: Create structured repayment strategies, including debt avalanche/snowball methods, consolidation loans, and balance transfers.
• Advise on credit improvement: Educate clients about FICO credit scores, credit utilization, and long-term score enhancement.
• Stay current on regulations: Remain informed about consumer protection laws and credit regulations (FTC, CFPB).
• Ongoing support: Deliver coaching and monitor client progress toward debt reduction and financial stability.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Financial Advisor, Debt Counselor, or Credit Specialist in the U.S.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. credit card markets, repayment tools, and regulations.
• Familiarity with FICO scoring models and credit bureau reports.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial topics.
