About the Role

We’re hiring an ambitious and experienced Demand Generation Manager to build and lead our newly-established Demand Generation function. Your primary mission will be to create targeted campaigns to generate quality Sales opportunities, specifically within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

You'll shape the strategic vision for demand generation, execute always-on campaigns, and develop robust lead nurturing programs. Collaborating closely with Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, and the broader marketing team, you'll own the performance metrics and drive pipeline growth for Toggl Track, our flagship product.

Salary: €60,000 base plus uncapped variable (Estimated OTE: €75,000 annually)

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and Implement Demand Generation Campaigns: Craft and execute continuous campaigns targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, driving high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Lead Nurturing Programs: Build and manage ongoing nurturing initiatives to engage leads effectively across their entire buyer journey.
  • Sales Alignment: Coordinate closely with Sales teams to align inbound and outbound strategies, enhancing pipeline quality and volume.
  • Analytics and Measurement: Partner with RevOps and Sales to develop measurement frameworks, analyze campaign performance, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS demand and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing effective demand generation strategies.
  • Deep expertise in at least one demand generation vertical (e.g., virtual events, content creation, CRM management).
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot (experience with additional CRM tools a bonus).
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns.
  • Experience with lead scoring and qualification.
  • Excellent writing skills.
