Pay: $150-$170 per hour

About the Role

Mercor is actively seeking licensed dermatologists with over 10 years of clinical experience to participate in a groundbreaking medical annotation project. The project involves reviewing and annotating clinical dermatological images to accurately identify and categorize skin conditions. You will utilize your medical expertise to label attributes such as lesion color, shape, and distribution, employing precise medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review high-resolution dermatological images to identify skin conditions accurately.

• Categorize lesions based on medically relevant attributes, including color, shape, and distribution.

• Maintain high accuracy and consistency in annotations, meeting both medical and project standards.

Requirements

• Dermatologists licensed in the U.S. with 10-15 years of clinical experience.

• Dermatologists licensed in Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or India with equivalent experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong proficiency in identifying and describing skin conditions with accurate medical terminology.

• Excellent English fluency.

• Prior experience in medical imaging annotation is preferred but not required.

Commitment

• Fully asynchronous, flexible work hours tailored around your availability.

• Ideally, candidates should commit 40 hours per week, though we may accommodate exceptional applicants with 20-40 hours per week.

• The project is anticipated to continue until the end of June 2025.

• Successful participants will have priority consideration for future Mercor projects.
