We're seeking experienced Digital Ad Creative Designers to produce high-quality, human-crafted image assets for advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. This is a performance-focused creative role — not AI-generated work — ideal for designers who understand what it takes to drive conversions through compelling visuals.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging digital advertising image assets optimized for performance
- Create assets tailored to major ad platforms including Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, and app ad networks
- Maintain brand consistency while ensuring clarity and conversion-focused design
- Deliver assets across multiple sizes, layouts, and creative variations as needed
Ideal Background
- Proven experience creating marketing and advertising visual assets
- Strong understanding of performance-driven design principles — CTAs, visual hierarchy, layout, and conversion optimization
- Experience across industries such as healthcare, financial services, consumer products, mobile/web apps, and B2C or B2B verticals
- Comfortable adapting to multiple brand styles and design domains
- Solid knowledge of ad platform specifications and common ad formats
- Ability to translate marketing messaging into compelling visual creative
Required Tools

- Or equivalent professional design tools
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working with growth or performance marketing teams
- Background designing for A/B testing environments
