- Collaborate with leading AI researchers to enhance AI model safety, accuracy, and clinical reasoning across advanced medical specialties.
- Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and rigorous clinical rubrics to ensure high-quality training data.
- Design challenging, specialty-relevant tasks and author gold-standard solutions for AI model training.
- Evaluate AI-generated medical outputs, providing structured feedback to ensure medical precision and reliability.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to maintain consistency and depth in AI training datasets.
Requirements:
- MD or DO from a reputable institution
- 5+ years of post-training clinical experience in a frontier specialty (e.g., Oncology, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Surgery, Genetics, Radiology, and more)
- Based in the US
