Docker Software Engineer (Remote, Hourly Contract)

Mercor is seeking experienced Software Engineers based in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe to join a leading foundational AI model lab project focusing on model training.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience at top U.S. tech companies
Proficiency with Docker
Experience with front-end development (JavaScript, React)
Role Details:
Fully asynchronous, flexible working hours
Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week
Contract duration: Minimum of 1 month (potential for future projects based on performance)
Hiring Process:
Initial 30-minute AI-driven interview focused on Docker skills
Feedback provided within two weeks
Compensation & Legal:
Hourly rate between $100-$200, based on geographical location and experience level
Weekly payments processed via Stripe Connect
Classification: Independent (at-will) contractor
