What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, nuance, and quality
• Apply structured evaluation guidelines consistently and accurately
• Provide detailed, honest, and critical assessments of AI outputs
• Work independently without the use of AI assistance tools

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-500 globally ranked university (preferred)
• Strong reading and written communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed task guidelines and work independently

Required Skills

• Strong critical reading skills — ability to identify nuance, implicit meaning, and subtle changes in detail
• Consistent, honest judgment with the ability to deliver critical assessments when warranted
• Strict attention to detail and disciplined application of evaluation frameworks
• Ability to complete all work entirely without AI assistance

Preferred Experience

• Document-heavy professional backgrounds such as paralegal or executive assistant roles
• Detail-oriented, client-facing experience in consulting, banking, or law

Eligibility

• Native English fluency required
• Must be based in the United States
