This is a short-term, high-impact contract role ideal for professionals with deep hands-on experience in ERP systems, medical records management, or legal technology workflows.

Role Overview
As a Domain Expert, you will map application capabilities, create realistic base assets, complete reference solutions, and define technically accurate workflows to support automated AI verification systems. You'll work closely with engineers to ensure all task environments reflect real-world professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Map application capabilities, supported inputs, key operations, and export formats across enterprise platforms.
- Create realistic and internally consistent assets such as charts of accounts, purchase orders, invoices, patient intake forms, legal contracts, and workflow checklists.
- Complete and record reference solutions that demonstrate human-achievable enterprise workflows.
- Define expected outputs and articulate why a given accounting, medical, legal, or administrative workflow is correct.
- Collaborate with engineers implementing automated verification checks.
- Review application workflows and task assets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Requirements
- Professional experience in business administration, ERP implementation, medical records management, or legal technology workflows.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: ERPNext, OpenEMR, or Odoo.
- Experience administering or operating enterprise software systems.
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping, patient record workflows, or contract lifecycle management.
- Ability to create, validate, and clearly explain administrative and ERP-related workflows.
- Strong written English and exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Financials, DocuSign, or iManage.
- Proficiency in SQL database queries.
- Experience with ERP business logic customization.
- Background in creating enterprise workflow documentation or operational checklists.
