Dutch Audio AI Evaluation Specialist | $6–$65/hr | Worldwide Remote | Freelance Contract

We are seeking experienced, Dutch-speaking Audio Evaluation Specialists to contribute to an AI benchmark evaluation project focused on advanced agentic audio models. This is a flexible, remote freelance engagement ideal for professionals with a background in customer support, conversational AI, or technical evaluation.

Project Overview

As AI models take on increasingly complex workflows — including real-world customer support scenarios in travel, financial services, and telecommunications — the quality of their training data becomes critical. Your role will be to design evaluation frameworks, simulate customer interactions, audit AI conversational outputs, and generate clean, reliable datasets that improve model performance.

Key Deliverables

• Role-Play Scenario Execution: Design and perform realistic, complex customer service simulations across travel, finance, and technical support domains.
• Model Performance Auditing: Evaluate AI outputs against qualitative and quantitative metrics, including task completion accuracy, conversational naturalness, and audio comprehension.
• Technical Metric Evaluation: Assess the model's understanding of JSON structures, functions, methods, and structured data reasoning within support contexts.
• Dataset Generation: Help build diverse, high-quality audio datasets that reflect real customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural dialogue flow.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated professional expertise in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or conversational AI evaluation.
• Native or bilingual Dutch proficiency with strong fluency across reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
• Basic programming literacy, including a working understanding of JSON, functions, methods, and simple logic.
• Detail-oriented approach to structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines.
• Equipment Required: Access to a high-quality microphone for voice evaluation tasks.
