Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to recruit expert evaluators for a high-impact evaluation workflow focused on the E-Commerce domain. In this role, you will assess AI agent-generated research reports covering product catalogues, pricing comparisons, inventory management, customer behaviour data, and sales analytics.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals with a strong background in E-Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Operations Management, or Retail Analytics. The ideal candidate brings:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Operations Management
• Hands-on experience with product catalogues, pricing strategies, and competitive pricing analysis
• Exposure to inventory management systems and supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in analysing customer behaviour data, conversion metrics, and sales performance
• Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and performance optimisation
• Experience sourcing and validating data, statistics, and benchmarks from credible public sources
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously

Educational Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity
• Assess insights related to product assortment, pricing comparisons, and promotional strategies
• Verify inventory metrics, sales analytics, and customer behaviour data using publicly available sources
• Identify inconsistencies in operational reporting, marketplace performance analysis, and sales forecasting
• Complete evaluations independently within established deadlines
• Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks

Role Details
