  • Validate that assigned tasks can be completed using available tools and source materials without unsupported external assumptions.
  • Review team members' task implementations and provide actionable feedback on technical realism and rubric coverage.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with modern documentation tools such as Markdown, Docs-as-Code, Git, Confluence, Notion, MadCap Flare, or static site generators.
  • Proven track record producing user guides, API documentation, release notes, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and copyediting reviews.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, well-structured documentation.
  • Experience writing high-quality prompts, technical scenarios, and structured evaluation rubrics for AI training tasks is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with editorial style guides such as the Microsoft Manual of Style or Google Developer Documentation Style Guide is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is preferred but not required.
