Education Expert | $35–$70/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async Contract

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced classroom teachers to help shape the future of AI. In this role, you will build pedagogy frameworks and lesson scenarios that frontier AI labs use to evaluate and refine model judgment. This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract position with weekly pay.

This is a unique opportunity for educators to apply their classroom expertise in a cutting-edge AI development context — contributing directly to how AI systems understand real-world teaching challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document detailed lesson scenarios that reflect authentic classroom situations
• Apply pedagogical reasoning to help AI models better understand teaching judgment
• Develop content around lesson planning, student differentiation, and assessment design
• Clearly articulate educational rationale in written English for use in model training and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Valid teaching license, certification, or equivalent classroom credential
• 2+ years of hands-on classroom teaching experience
• Strong background in lesson planning, differentiation strategies, and assessment design
• Excellent written English communication skills for documenting pedagogical reasoning
• Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $35–$70/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: Fully asynchronous, remote
• Payment: Paid weekly
