Electrical Engineer Expert | $100–125/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async Contract

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to help build the design and analysis scenarios that frontier AI labs use to evaluate model judgment. This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract role — paid weekly — ideal for engineers who want to apply their domain expertise to cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop realistic electrical engineering scenarios used to test and benchmark AI model reasoning
• Document engineering logic and analysis clearly in written English
• Contribute to a growing library of technical challenges spanning power systems, embedded hardware, circuit design, and related areas

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
• 2+ years of professional electrical engineering experience
• Deep expertise in at least one area: power systems, embedded hardware, or circuit design
• Strong written English skills for clearly documenting engineering reasoning
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
