Elementary School Teacher Expert | $35–65/hr | Worldwide Remote

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced primary education teachers to help shape the future of AI. In this role, you will design and build realistic elementary classroom scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve model judgment and reasoning.

This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract position with weekly pay — ideal for educators looking to apply their classroom expertise in a meaningful and flexible way.

What You'll Do

• Develop authentic elementary classroom scenarios that test AI model decision-making and pedagogical understanding
• Document your instructional reasoning clearly and thoroughly to guide AI evaluation
• Draw on your expertise in early literacy and numeracy to create educationally grounded content
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team dedicated to responsible AI development

Requirements

• Valid teaching license or certification with a primary education endorsement
• 2+ years of classroom experience at the primary (elementary) level
• Strong background in early literacy and numeracy instruction
• Excellent written English communication skills for documenting pedagogical reasoning
• Availability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
