EMT Expert | $40–65/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async Contractor Role

AFTERQUERY is seeking NREMT-certified Emergency Medical Technicians to help build and evaluate prehospital care scenarios used by frontier AI labs to test and refine model judgment. This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role with weekly pay — ideal for experienced EMTs looking to apply their field expertise in a meaningful, flexible capacity.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic prehospital emergency scenarios based on real-world 911 and interfacility experience
• Evaluate AI model responses to patient assessment situations, BLS protocols, and scene management challenges
• Write clear, accurate clinical narratives and patient handoff documentation
• Contribute to improving how AI systems reason through emergency medical situations

Required Qualifications

• Active NREMT certification with a valid state EMT license
• 2+ years of field experience on a 911 or interfacility transport service
• Strong working knowledge of patient assessment, BLS protocols, and scene management
• Excellent written English skills for clinical documentation and handoff reports
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $40–$65/hr based on experience
• Schedule: Fully asynchronous — work on your own time
• Payment: Paid weekly
• Location: 100% remote, open worldwide
