End User Computing Engineer – AI Tools Enablement | Full Time | Onsite – New York City

Join a forward-thinking enterprise team as an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer focused on deploying and supporting cutting-edge AI tools across Windows and macOS environments. This is a hands-on role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for enabling, managing, and optimizing enterprise AI applications at the endpoint level.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise AI tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and Claude
• Troubleshoot AI tool issues related to performance, compatibility, access, and endpoint configurations
• Manage application deployment using Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, and Autopilot
• Perform application packaging (Win32, .pkg/.dmg) for AI and productivity tools
• Monitor and optimize endpoint performance impact of AI applications
• Automate provisioning and deployment workflows using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Collaborate with AI, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant and scalable rollouts

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Strong expertise in endpoint management with Intune, SCCM, and/or Jamf
• Proven experience in application packaging and deployment across Windows and macOS
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Solid understanding of endpoint performance tuning and troubleshooting for AI applications

Nice to Have

• Experience evaluating and onboarding new AI tools in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks for AI tools
• Certifications in Microsoft, Jamf, or endpoint management platforms

This role requires 3 interviews, including one in-person meeting in New York City. Candidates must be available to work fully onsite.
