This is a flexible, part-time contractor role ideal for experienced engineering professionals looking to contribute to the future of AI.

About the Role

You will author challenging, real-world tasks grounded in professional engineering files — including technical drawings, project specifications, and engineering reports. Each task is paired with a clearly defined ground truth output and an objective evaluation rubric, designed to test an AI's ability to interpret documentation, execute multi-step instructions, and produce precise, well-structured results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex, multi-step AI evaluation tasks using real-world engineering workspace files
• Develop tasks that incorporate web search and code execution scenarios
• Define clear ground truth outputs and objective evaluation rubrics for each task
• Ensure tasks accurately reflect professional engineering workflows and documentation standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in one or more of the following:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Architecture
• Strong ability to interpret and work with technical drawings and engineering reports
• Detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment

Commitment & Compensation

• Minimum commitment: 15–20 hours per week
• Hourly rate: $90–$110/hr depending on experience
• Fully remote — open to candidates worldwide
