Responsibilities

• Collect allocation requests and manage end-to-end distribution logistics
• Support budget management and financial forecasting activities
• Oversee procurement processes and maintain accurate Purchase Order tracking
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure timely and efficient shipping
• Manage multiple concurrent programs with precision and accountability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or in a comparable role within consumer electronics
• Proven background in hardware development, including vendor management both domestically and internationally
• Strong proficiency with complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, and cross-functional coordination across teams, vendors, and time zones
