Engineering Project Coordinator III | $65–80/hr | Redmond, WA

Join our team as an Engineering Program Specialist where you'll partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver critical hardware components to cross-functional teams on schedule. This role is essential to supporting product development through meticulous coordination, communication, and program management.

What You'll Do:

• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics across multiple programs
• Support budget management, forecasting, and procurement tracking
• Monitor and manage Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with Logistics teams to expedite shipping and resolve bottlenecks
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across different time zones
• Maintain detailed tracking systems and documentation for program success

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
• Proven experience in hardware development with domestic and international vendor management
• Strong proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
• Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones
