Join our team as an Engineering Program Specialist where you'll partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver critical hardware components to cross-functional teams on schedule. What You'll Do:
- Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics across multiple programs
- Support budget management, forecasting, and procurement tracking
- Monitor and manage Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with Logistics teams to expedite shipping and resolve bottlenecks
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across different time zones
- Maintain detailed tracking systems and documentation for program success
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
- Proven experience in hardware development with domestic and international vendor management
- Strong proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
- Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones
