Turing is seeking experienced English Voice Actors to deliver high-quality recorded audio for AI training and research projects. This is a flexible, project-based contract role ideal for voice professionals with a home studio setup and a passion for cutting-edge AI work.

Compensation

• Onboarding & Setup Fee: $20 (one-time, up to 3 hours / ~12 minutes of recorded audio)
• Fixed Project Fee: $100 per finished recording (post-editing, mastering, and cleanup per provided scripts and directions)

Role Overview

We are looking for voice actors with 1+ year of recording experience to deliver 20 minutes of audio in a virtual ensemble improv setting. The ideal candidate brings clarity, versatility, and professionalism to a wide range of formats including narration, e-learning, and digital media.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Record voice-overs from a home or professional studio
• Deliver lines with clarity, emotion, and appropriate pacing
• Incorporate creative direction and revise performances based on feedback
• Validate AI-generated transcripts of your voice recordings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an English voice actor
• Must be based in the USA
• Excellent pronunciation, diction, and English fluency
• Strong vocal range and adaptability across formats
• Proficiency with microphone techniques and recording best practices
• Access to a microphone, headphones, and a basic recording setup (professional studio not required)
• Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and handle quick turnarounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dubbing, ADR, or localization
• Demo reel showcasing a variety of voice styles
• Background in acting or performing arts
• Familiarity with audio editing tools
