Turing is seeking experienced English Voice Actors with a minimum of 3 years of professional recording experience to deliver studio-quality audio for AI training and digital media projects. This is a flexible freelance engagement with competitive per-project compensation.

Compensation

• One-time Onboarding & Setup Fee: $20 (approx. 1 hour)
• Fixed Project Rate: $200 per finished hour of audio (post-editing, mastering, and cleanup per provided scripts and directions)

What You'll Do

• Record professional voice-overs from a home studio or in-studio setup
• Deliver performances with clarity, emotion, and appropriate pacing
• Interpret scripts and respond to creative direction effectively
• Revise recordings based on client feedback
• Submit high-quality audio files on time and in the required format

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional English voice actor
• Must be based in the United States
• Proven portfolio or audio samples demonstrating studio-grade quality
• Excellent pronunciation, diction, and fluency in English
• Strong vocal range and adaptability across formats and tones
• Proficiency with microphone techniques and recording best practices
• Basic knowledge of sound editing (noise reduction, leveling, file formatting)
• Access to a high-quality microphone and professional recording environment
• Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and manage quick turnarounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dubbing, ADR, or localization projects
• Demo reel showcasing a variety of voice styles and formats
• Background in acting or the performing arts
• Familiarity with audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools)
