Enterprise Sales Domain Expert | $60–90/hr | US Remote | Full Time

Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team and help shape the future of enterprise sales AI. As a Sales Domain Expert, you'll bring your real-world selling experience to the forefront — setting the gold standard for AI-generated sales workflows, building expert reference examples, and defining what great enterprise selling looks like. This is a W-2 full-time role through Cincinnatus LLC, embedded within a top-tier AI lab's extended workforce.

What You'll Do

  • Set the standard for excellence: Review multi-step enterprise sales workflows and evaluate whether the AI performs at the level of a seasoned seller — flagging gaps and articulating why.
  • Build golden training examples: Execute real sales tasks end-to-end, including prospecting, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, reporting, and customer-facing document creation, to produce expert reference data for model training.
  • Shape evaluation rubrics: Pressure-test and refine scoring criteria so they accurately reflect what separates great selling from average performance.
  • Work in realistic sandboxes: Operate within test environments that mirror a real enterprise sales tech stack across CRM, communication, and billing tools.
  • Produce senior-level artifacts: Create polished, customer-facing materials — pitches, slide decks, and executive summaries — at the quality a senior sales leader would proudly put their name on.

Who We're Looking For

  • ~10 years of hands-on enterprise sales experience with a strong command of the full sales cycle.
  • A consistent, verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Open to all levels: quota-carrying ICs, sales managers, and VP-level leaders are all encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency with enterprise tools including Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office; comfort picking up tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom, Zoho, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Deep expertise in CRM administration, pipeline tracking, sales process management, and data-driven reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for professional, polished output.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within or alongside a two-sided, AI-powered B2B SaaS creator marketplace — including running outcome-based campaigns, tracking performance metrics (views, engagement, installs, sign-ups), and troubleshooting across a connected stack such as Zoho CRM, Jira, Confluence, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
