Turing is seeking experienced Equity Research Analysts to collaborate with AI researchers and help train the next generation of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, fully remote freelance opportunity ideal for finance professionals who want to apply their expertise at the cutting edge of AI development. No prior AI experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on financial research tasks including equity valuation, sector analysis, earnings estimate modeling, and investment thesis formulation.
• Develop rubrics to assess AI model capabilities on tasks such as DCF modeling, comparable company analysis, industry research, and initiating coverage reports.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance professionals to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Equity Research, Credit Research, or Sell-Side/Buy-Side Research.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, sector dynamics, and investment recommendation frameworks.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• CFA (Level I, II, or III) or MBA in Finance.

Engagement Details

• Commitment: Flexible, 10–30 hours per week.
