Event Planner | $50–100/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled and organized Event Planner to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and attendees alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage events of varying scale and complexity
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand goals, preferences, and expectations
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before and during events
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
