Excel Expert – Healthcare | $70–100/hr | Remote (US Only)

Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Large Language Models. We're looking for advanced Excel professionals with deep, hands-on experience in the Healthcare domain to help build high-quality AI training data from the ground up.

This is a W-2 position with Cincinnatus LLC, placing you directly within an elite AI lab's extended workforce. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week on weekdays is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams in closing knowledge gaps and improving AI model performance on Excel-based Healthcare tasks.
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks based on your professional experience, and produce accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear and constructive written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to maintain consistency and accuracy across training data.

Core Qualifications

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, data modeling, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA.
• Hands-on professional experience applying Excel within the Healthcare domain — such as clinical operations, revenue cycle, payer/provider analytics, budgeting, forecasting, or quality and regulatory reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
