Excel Expert – IT / Enterprise Software | $70–100/hr | Remote (US Only)
Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Large Language Models. We're looking for advanced Excel professionals with deep, hands-on experience in IT and enterprise software to contribute high-quality domain expertise to cutting-edge AI training initiatives.
This is a W-2 contract position with Cincinnatus LLC, placing you directly within an elite AI lab's extended workforce.
What You'll Do
- Guide research teams in closing knowledge gaps and improving AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the IT/Enterprise Software domain.
- Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks drawn from your professional experience and develop accurate, well-structured solutions.
- Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear and constructive written feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across AI training data.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise — including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, data modeling, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA.
- Hands-on professional experience applying Excel within IT or enterprise software contexts — such as systems and license cost modeling, SaaS metrics, capacity planning, IT budgeting, and data reconciliation.
- Demonstrable career progression in your field.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week on weekdays.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
