Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Large Language Models. We're looking for advanced Excel professionals with deep, hands-on experience in the Manufacturing domain to contribute real-world expertise to cutting-edge AI training initiatives.

About the Role

This is a W-2 contract position with Cincinnatus LLC, placing you within an extended workforce team at a top-tier AI lab. You'll apply your Manufacturing and Excel expertise — spanning production planning, inventory modeling, OEE analysis, cost-of-goods modeling, and supply/demand forecasting — to help build more accurate and capable AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams in closing knowledge gaps and improving AI model performance on Excel-based Manufacturing tasks.
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks drawn from your professional experience and provide accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, delivering clear and constructive written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality across AI training data.

Core Qualifications

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, dashboards, and macros/VBA.
• Hands-on professional experience applying Excel within the Manufacturing domain.
• Demonstrable career progression in your field.
• Availability for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
