Excel Expert — Office/Retail Management | $70–100/hr | Remote (US Only)

Join a leading AI lab's GenAI team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Large Language Models. We're looking for advanced Excel professionals with deep, hands-on experience in office and retail management to help build and refine high-quality AI training data.

This is a W-2 position with Cincinnatus LLC, with placement at a top-tier AI lab as part of their extended workforce. A minimum commitment of 20 hours/week on weekdays is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams in closing knowledge gaps and improving AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the Office/Retail Management domain.
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks drawn from your professional experience and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear and constructive written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across AI training data.

Core Qualifications

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, data modeling, and macros/VBA.
• Hands-on professional experience applying Excel within office or retail management contexts — such as sales/inventory tracking, staffing and scheduling, P&L modeling, budget analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Demonstrable career progression in your field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
