As a Document Style Expert, you will refine and polish documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to meet a defined style guide — then clearly document every change you make. What You'll Do

  • Review and improve documents, spreadsheets, or slide decks based on a provided style guide
  • Apply consistent formatting, layout, and design standards across all materials
  • Document all changes made in a clear and organized manner

Pay Per Task

  • $200 — Document formatting tasks
  • $300 — Spreadsheet formatting tasks
  • $400 — Slide deck formatting tasks

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of design/style consistency
  • Ability to follow a style guide precisely and communicate changes clearly
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule

This is a part-time, remote contractor role with compensation based on completed tasks. Work on your own schedule and take on as many tasks as you choose.
