Mercor is seeking seasoned playwrights for a unique contract opportunity with a leading AI lab. This short-term project focuses on advancing AI’s understanding of narrative structure, character development, and realistic dialogue through expert storytelling.

• Responsibilities: Collaborate on creative initiatives to enhance AI narrative models. Apply deep expertise in playwriting to develop scripts and provide editorial insights.
• Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of professional playwriting or script development experience. Proven record of produced theatrical works or published scripts. Mastery of narrative arc, subtext, and dialogue realism. Editorial review or dramaturgy experience preferred.
• Details: Flexible, remote work (10–20 hours/week) for 6–8 weeks, with potential extension. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Independent contractor status.
