Experienced Podcaster | $50/hr | Remote

Mercor is seeking accomplished podcasters to join a short-term, project-based initiative with a leading AI lab. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive podcasting backgrounds or those who have built highly successful shows with large, engaged audiences.

• Project Scope: Collaborate with AI experts to enhance content development and audio storytelling capabilities.
• Expertise Required: 10+ years of podcasting experience or a proven track record of a successful show with a substantial listener base.
• Key Skills: Strong narrative instincts, deep understanding of audio storytelling, ability to assess and improve scripts, and familiarity with podcast genres and audience engagement strategies.
• Flexible Commitment: Work remotely and asynchronously, setting your own hours (10–20 hours/week) for a 6–8 week project, with potential for extension.
• Compensation: $50 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Engagement is as an independent contractor.
