Join Mercor and a leading AI lab in a unique, short-term contract opportunity to shape the future of artificial intelligence through poetic expertise. This project seeks accomplished poets to contribute their literary skills to enhance AI's understanding of poetic structure, nuance, and emotion.

• Role: Apply your artistry to support AI development by analyzing and creating poetry, offering critical insights into literary quality and technique.
• Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of poetry writing and publishing experience, a strong portfolio with notable publications or awards, and deep knowledge of poetic devices, structure, and voice.
• Commitment: Flexible, remote, and asynchronous work; set your own hours for 10–20 hours/week over 6–8 weeks, with potential for extension.
• Compensation: $50/hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Independent contractor status.
