• Requirements: 10+ years of professional songwriting experience, credited work on widely released or charting songs, and deep knowledge of mainstream music genres and lyric composition.
• Commitment: 10–20 hours per week, project duration of 6–8 weeks with possible extension. Work asynchronously and set your own hours.
• Compensation: $50/hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Independent contractor status.
