Join a pioneering project at the intersection of recruiting and artificial intelligence. As an Expert Recruiter, you will help design agentic workflows that capture expert decision-making and contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Translate recruiting expertise into structured instructions, SOPs, and evaluation rubrics.
• Create realistic tasks and scenarios reflecting daily recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with other experts to refine and validate workflow accuracy and clarity.
• Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize workflows.
• Identify opportunities for AI to augment or replicate expert recruiting decisions.

• Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex processes in a clear, step-by-step manner.
• Background in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus.
• Passion for bridging recruiting expertise with AI innovation.
