Expert Senior Software Engineer
Contract: Hourly (Remote)
Compensation: $150 - $250/hour (depending on location and experience)

Mercor is recruiting exceptional senior software engineers based in the US or Europe to join a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab.
Who We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience at top-tier US tech companies
Passion for enhancing AI model capabilities, specifically in complex software engineering tasks
Role Details:
Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule
Commitment: Approximately 20 hours/week
Project duration: Several months, with opportunities for promotion and additional projects
Successful performance increases eligibility for future Mercor projects

30-minute AI-focused interview
1-hour asynchronous software engineering exercise (compensation: $50 upon completion)
45-minute project-specific instruction quiz (compensation: $50 upon completion)
