Join a specialized team as a Federal Staff Reporting Analyst, supporting critical documentation and reporting functions within a federal and Department of Defense (DoD) environment. This contractor role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in military writing, federal documentation standards, and compliance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, evaluate, and refine federal and military reports in accordance with DoD procedures and federal documentation standards
• Develop and apply grading rubrics to assess the quality and compliance of written reports
• Ensure all documentation meets applicable compliance and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams across departments to deliver accurate and timely reporting outputs
• Provide both written and verbal communication support to stakeholders at various levels

Required Skills & Experience

• Military writing and adherence to federal documentation standards
• Proven experience in report generation and evaluation
• Ability to develop and implement grading rubrics for written deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
