Turing is looking for Finance and Accounting Experts to help fine-tune AI models. You will review and evaluate AI-generated responses to financial scenarios, applying your professional judgment to improve how AI understands and reasons about financial topics.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to financial, accounting, valuation, and investment-related scenarios.
- Apply a structured rubric to assess accuracy, calculations, assumptions, reasoning, and risk awareness.
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and blind spots in financial analysis.
- Provide detailed annotations and written feedback to refine AI models.
- Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.
Requirements
- CPA or CFA qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in Big Four accounting, investment banking, wealth management, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis, accounting, valuation, and investment reasoning skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in AI annotation is a plus.
Pay and Schedule
- Pay: up to $150/hr, depending on internal evaluation and location.
- Commitment: 40 hours total, spread across 4 weeks.
- Engagement type: contractor, 4-week engagement.
