What You'll Do

You will design complex, multi-step tasks grounded in real-world financial documents — including financial statements, reports, and spreadsheets — combined with web search and code execution scenarios. Each task must include a clearly defined ground truth output and an objective evaluation rubric, ensuring AI models can be accurately assessed on their reasoning and instruction-following capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Author high-quality benchmark tasks that test AI reasoning over financial documents
• Define precise ground truth outputs and objective evaluation criteria
• Ensure tasks reflect realistic, professional finance and banking workflows
• Maintain consistency and rigor across all submitted tasks

Ideal Background

We're looking for candidates with 3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Investment & financial analysis
• Financial management
• Personal financial advisory
• Banking & capital markets
• Corporate finance & accounting

Commitment

This is a remote, hourly contractor role requiring a minimum of 15–20 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $90 to $110 per hour based on experience and expertise.
