Join Mercor as a Finance Expert and collaborate with leading AI labs and research organizations on high-impact financial projects. This contract role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, or capital markets.

• Evaluate, refine, and verify AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation, trading, portfolio management, and deal execution.
• Review and validate AI-driven insights on M&A, IPOs, debt/equity offerings, and investment theses.
• Provide structured feedback on deal structures, investment cases, and market commentary.
• Stress-test model assumptions and risk factors, and organize finance content by asset class or transaction type.
• Support benchmarking efforts to assess AI capabilities in financial reasoning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of high finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience producing pitch books, investment memos, or equity research reports is preferred.

Opportunity Details: Flexible, part-time contract (15–25 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week). Weekly payments via Stripe Connect. Independent contractor status.
