Finance Expert | $40–65/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Finance Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a finance generalist with a strong analytical background, experience across investment banking and portfolio management, and a passion for leveraging modern tools — including AI and fintech platforms — to drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models using Excel (XLSX)
• Apply investment banking expertise to support deal analysis, valuations, and strategic initiatives
• Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Perform regulatory compliance analysis to ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations
• Manage and optimize investment portfolios in alignment with organizational goals
• Contribute to corporate financial strategy through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Produce clear, professional reports and presentations for cross-functional and executive audiences
• Collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling with advanced Excel skills
• Background in investment banking or equivalent financial advisory experience
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance
• Experience in portfolio management and corporate finance strategy
• Excellent data analysis and analytical thinking capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and report writing skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and fintech platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
