Role Overview
In this role, you will serve as a financial expert providing responsive, accurate support to SMB owners through omnichannel chat platforms. You'll handle everything from general help questions to complex, data-driven accounting queries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via omnichannel chat platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Handle complex accounting-related questions requiring deep financial expertise
- Support SMB business owners with bookkeeping guidance and financial analysis
- Analyze and interpret financial data to deliver accurate, actionable responses
- Complete assigned presentation-based (PPT) tasks as needed
Requirements
- Active, proficient user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Prior experience with omnichannel or live chat support
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
- Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions efficiently
- Experience working with SMB clients is preferred

- SMB business owners with hands-on accounting experience
- Previously engaged domain experts in finance or accounting
- Accountants or bookkeepers comfortable with high-volume query environments
Engagement Details
- Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week
- Duration: Approximately 2 months, with potential extension based on performance and project needs
