Finance & Insurance AI Trainer | $10–$30/hr | Remote (US)

We are seeking experienced Finance and Insurance professionals to contribute their domain expertise to an AI benchmark evaluation project. In this freelance role, you will design evaluation tasks, craft expert prompts, and develop scoring rubrics that help train and refine AI models handling complex, industry-specific financial and insurance content.

Project Deliverables

• Task & Prompt Creation: Develop realistic, high-quality prompts that challenge AI models to produce professional-grade finance and insurance deliverables.
• Rubric Development: Write clear, structured evaluation rubrics with specific, objective, and easily scorable criteria.
• Benchmark Data Generation: Produce clean, reliable training data to support the evaluation and improvement of AI models on industry-specific tasks.
• Quality Assurance & Fact-Checking: Ensure all tasks and scoring criteria align with real-world industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Expertise

• Demonstrable professional experience in Finance and/or Insurance, with strong command of industry terminology, standards, and deliverables.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft complex, realistic AI evaluation scenarios.
• Proficiency in developing objective, non-ambiguous rubrics and scoring frameworks.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing clean, accurate benchmark data.

Engagement Details

• Pay: $10–$30/hr, based on experience, expertise, and location
