Role Overview

We are looking for finance domain experts with 5+ years of experience to create realistic, profession-based prompts and tasks. Your work will directly contribute to evaluating and improving AI model performance on day-to-day professional workflows in the finance and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual finance/insurance job workflows
• Design tasks that reflect genuine professional scenarios and challenges
• Select and incorporate relevant public data and documents as input materials
• Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and accurately aligned to the occupation
• Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a finance or insurance role
• Strong understanding of real-world workflows in your area of expertise
• Ability to convert professional work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts
