Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate finance and marketing content in accordance with project guidelines.
- Label financial documents including reports, transactions, invoices, and investment-related text.
- Categorize marketing content such as ads, campaigns, product descriptions, customer reviews, and social media posts.
- Extract and identify key data points: company names, prices, revenue figures, campaign goals, sentiment, and target audiences.
- Classify content by topic, intent, sentiment, industry, risk level, or business category.
- Audit data for accuracy, consistency, and relevance — flagging incomplete, duplicate, or unclear entries.
- Contribute to AI model training by producing high-quality labeled datasets.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Meet defined daily and weekly quality and productivity targets.
Finance Annotation Tasks
- Categorize financial transactions and label income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and investment terms.
- Extract key values from invoices, receipts, bank statements, and financial reports.
- Identify financial risks, fraud indicators, and compliance-related information.
- Review financial news and documents for topic and sentiment classification.
Marketing Annotation Tasks
- Label advertisements by product type, audience, campaign objective, or platform.
- Categorize customer feedback as positive, negative, or neutral.
- Identify brand names, slogans, offers, discounts, and calls to action.
- Classify marketing content by channel: email, social media, website, or paid ads.
- Review product descriptions for accuracy, relevance, and promotional language.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of finance and marketing concepts.
- Strong reading comprehension and analytical thinking.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or data labeling tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
